Fr. Francisco was born in Mexico City on January 29, 1968.  He entered the Missionaries of the Precious Blood at the parish of the Sacred Heart of Jesus which is staffed by the Missionaries.  On December 3, 2008 he was incorporated into the Missionaries and ordained to the priesthood on July 1, 2009.  In his short ministry Fr. Francisco served in two parishes in the metropolitan area of Mexico City.

For many years he has battled type II diabetes and that is what finally overcame him on August 24, 2016.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Mexico City which he was administering for the local bishop.  His burial will take place immediately afterward.

Donations in Fr. Francisco’s memory may be made to the Missionaries of the Precious Blood, Mission in Mexico or the Province’s formation program.  May he rest in Peace.
