We joyfully celebrated the ordination of another priest in the CPPS Croatian Mission!

Fr. Marijan Zubak, CPPS was ordained by Cardinal Josip Bozanić, Archbishop of Zagreb, on June 21; along with 13 other seminarians from the diocese and other religious congregations.

In his homily, the Cardinal spoke about how priests should be faithful and joyful servants of the sacraments, especially Eucharist and Reconciliation.  He remind

ed them of what St. Paul said to his disciple Timothy: “I remind you to rekindle the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.” (2 Tim 1:6).

We praise God for the gift of the new priests, especially for Fr. Marijan, and we hold them in our prayers!  May he always follow the light and wisdom of the Holy Spirit, in the spirit of St. Gaspar and St. Francis Xavier! Let God be glorified in Fr. Marijan’s service and work!
