On Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025, the USC of the Atlantic Province had an Encounter and pastoral visitation from the Moderator General Fr. Emanuele Lupi, cpps. at St. Charles parish, TorontoOn Canada.

About 60 Representatives from various parishes who shares the spirituality of the Precious Blood of Jesus participated in the encounter namely: St. Alphonsus Parish, St. Rose of Lima Parish, St. Charles Parish, St. Eugene Chapel, the Precious Blood Prayer group and the USC core team headed by Fr. Gerardo Laguartilla, cpps.

Fr. Peter Nobili, cpps and Fr. Mario Cafarelli, cpps participated the event.

The encounter started with the words of welcome from Fr. Gerardo. Followed by a simple lunch showcasing some Cultural Food of the members of the Union. Worship songs animated the members in praying the chaplet and litany of the Precious Blood.

Fr. Emanuele started his talk by listening to the participants in their reflection to these questions on what attracted the participants to the spirituality of the Precious Blood and how the participants in their personal lives experienced the spirituality of the Precious Blood. It was an engaging, participative sharing and moving time in deepening   the USC understanding of their identity as members of the Precious Blood Family.

The gathering was concluded by the presentation of the different groups to the Moderator General, the Final Blessings and Birthday greetings to Fr. Emanuele.
