December 3, 2016 was the Feast of St. Francis Xavier, the patron of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood. In addition to celebrating the legacy of the great Jesuit missionary, the Central American Mission also celebrated the presbyteral ordination of Arnoldo Tun Hor, C.PP.S.

The ordination took place outdoors at the parish of San Miguel in Tucurú, Guatemala where Rev. Tun Hor ministers. Dozens of Missionaries were joined by hundreds of parishioners, family, and friends for the solemn, joyful celebration. Bishop Rodolfo Valenzuela Nuñez of the diocese of Verapaz presided at the ordination liturgy and was assisted by several members of the Central American Mission.

Congratulations to Rev. Arnoldo Tun Hor, C.PP.S. and all the Missionaries of the Precious Blood in the Central American Mission.
