New United States Province Created

From June 13-16, the Kansas City and the Cincinnati Province met in a joint assembly in Indianapolis,IN.  During the assembly, the two provinces became the new United States Province, elected new leadership, receive covenants from Companions, and witness the definitive incorporation of Greg Evers, C.PP.S.

Fr. Jeffrey Kirch, C.PP.S., was elected provincial director, and Fr. Joseph Nassal, C.PP.S., vice provincial and first councilor. Fr. Ben Berinti, C.PP.S., second councilor; Fr. Ron Will, C.PP.S., third councilor; and Br. Daryl Charron, C.PP.S., fourth councilor. Fr. Berinti previously served as vice provincial of the Cincinnati Province and is the pastor of Immaculate Conception Church in Melbourne Beach, Florida. Fr. Will is the director of the Precious Blood Renewal Center in Liberty, Missouri. Br. Daryl Charron is a former member of the provincial council of the Kansas City Province and serves as the Missionaries’ director of initial formation. All will serve four-year terms.

The newly elected leadership team of the United States Province of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood was blessed and installed on Thursday June 16 during the closing liturgy of the assembly.
