On July 16, 2018 Rev. Emanuele Lupi, C.PP.S., was appointed Secretary General of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood. Fr. Lupi is a member of the Italian Province and is the Vice Moderator General.  This appointment is in addition to his other curial positions of Procurator General and Archivist. He will be assisted in the Secretary General duties by other members of the General Council as well as important assistance from two members of the Cincinnati Province: Bro. Juan Acuña, C.PP.S., as webmaster and Rev. Jerry Stack, C.PP.S. as editor of publications.

This appointment was made necessary upon the election of Rev. Jeffrey Kirch, C.PP.S., the previous Secretary General, as the Provincial Director of the Cincinnati Province.  His service to the General Curia was invaluable and will be missed by the General Council.
