On March 18,19, and 20, the Missionaries of the Precious Blood serving in Colombia had a day of reflection with Rev. William Nordenbrock and Rev. Emanuele Lupi.  The goal of the gathering was to chart the path of the mission in Colombia towards 2020.

Fr. Nordenbrock guided the members through an appreciative discernment process.  The members reached the following conclusions:

– We are a community of reconciled and reconciling missionary disciples, contributing to the peace process in Colombia, as a part of our missionary apostolate through the Precious Blood of Christ.

– The Center for Reconciliation, the heart of our mission, will be the place where dreams will be built through projects such as: circles of reconciliation, parish missions, workshops, courses of reconciliation for lay associates and candidates in formation, and Eucharistic and penitential celebrations through adoration of the Body and Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

– We will connect to projects of other institutions dealing with the issue of reconciliation. We will promote the integration of CPPS units in Latin America, since we share a common history and we are called to build a new one, based on the bond of charity .

The Missionaries appreciated the guidance and shared community of the General Curia who motivated us in creating the dream and realizing it in 2020.
