The Kanas City Province of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood gathered together from June 3rd to the 6th for their annual Assembly.  This year the gathering was held at the Airport Hilton in Kansas City.  The theme of the Assembly was “Re-Imagining Our Future” which builds upon the work and discussions that the Province has been engaged in for the past few years.  

Companions and Missionaries gathered for prayer, fellowship, and discussions regarding the future of the Congregation.  They also had input from Sr. Mary Waskowiak, RSM.  She is a Sister of Mercy who has had extensive experience in congregational leadership, formation, and spiritual development.  

The day after the Assembly concluded, Missionaries and Companions gathered for the ordination of Rev. Peter Tam Hoang, C.PP.S. in St. Joseph, Missouri.  An article on the ordination can be found here.
