Kansas City Province Elects Leadership Team

Missionaries of the Precious Blood, Kansas City Province (C.PP.S.) have elected their 2015-2019 leadership team. The election came during their 2015 Assembly, held at Church of the Annunciation in Kearney, Mo.

Fr. Joseph Nassal, C.PP.S., was elected to a second term as provincial director. Fr. Richard Bayuk, C.PP.S., was elected as first counselor/vice-provincial director. Also on the leadership team will be Frs. Tom Welk, C.PP.S.; Ron Will, C.PP.S.; and Mark Miller, C.PP.S.

Fr. Nassal opened the 2015 assembly on April 13 with 43 members of the Missionaries and over 100 lay associates and guests in attendance. The assembly concluded on April 16.

The theme of the 2015 Assembly was Remember the Past, Celebrate the Present, Envision the Future. 2015 is the 200th anniversary of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood and the 50th anniversary of the Kansas City Province.
