On December 10, 2014 the Indian Vicariate sponsored a pilgrimage to Goa as part of their Bicentennial celebrations. Goa is the resting place of the relics of St. Francis Xavier, the patron of the Congregation. Thirty five members were able to visit the spirituality center of the Archdiocese of Goa. Following the veneration of the relics, mass was celebrated. V.Rev. Shaji Kunnel, C.PP.S. presided at the eucharist and Rev. Michael Peters, C.PP.S. preached. The Jesuit rector of the shrine welcomed the Missionaries of the Precious Blood and commented that the Jesuits are happy to hear that they share such a devotion to St. Francis Xavier.
