On September 6, at the end of the annual retreat for the seminarians, at San Felice Abbey in Giano, five seminarians have been definitively incorporated into the Congregation.

Davide Basile, Flavio Calicchia, Paul Ndigi, Simeon Nkomo and Stefano Trio received the missionary cross during the prayer of the Office of Readings presided by the Moderator General, Fr. William Nordenbrock, C.PP.S.  Fr. Oliviero Magnone, C.PP.S., the Provincial Director, presided at the Rite of Incorporation in the presence of many C.PP.S. members from the Province.

During the celebration, the Moderator General directed his comments to the newly incorporated.  He expressed the joy of the whole Congregation and reminded all the missionaries of the Covenant among all the members, who are united by the bond of charity.

On September 7, the new missionaries were ordained as deacons during a mass celebrated in the Basilica of Saint Mark the Evangelist, in Rome, Piazza Venezia, by the imposition of the hands of Archbishop Santo Marcianò.

To the new sons of Saint Gaspar we heartily wish a fruitful missionary ministry wherever they will minister, under the motherly gaze of Mary, Queen of the Precious Blood and the protection on Saint Francis Xavier.
