Our  merciful God and Father called our brother Fr. Peter Stallauer on July 20, 2023.  Fr. Peter was born on May 25, 1932 in Laugna, Diocese of Augsburg. He was definitively incorporated as a Missionary of the Precious Blood 1962 for the Teutonic Province and he was ordained priest on July 11, 1964.
As a missionary he preached parish missions and in 1977 was appointed director of the mission preaching band of the province.

Until 2002 he also helped as chaplain in the parish of Lindenberg. After that he lived in Maria Baumgärtle and was a sought-after confessor.

The proclamation of the Word of God and of the Catholic faith was always
close to his heart and was both a joy and a fulfillment to him.

On Tuesday, July 25, 2023 a requiem mass was celebrated for him at the pilgrimage church of Baumgärtle. Afterwards followed his burial in the cemetery of the community at Bedernau.
