Fr. Nicola Giampaolo died the morning of February 17, 2025 at the age of 90. He was born in Rutigliano, Province of Bari, on August 11, 1934.  He entered our school in Albano Laziale at a very young age and undertook the studies that would take him all the way to the Major Seminary. On January 6, 1956, he was incorporated into the congregation, and on August 3, 1958, he was ordained priest.

His years of priestly life saw him involved in various settings: teacher at the school in Albano and Ancona, parish priest at various times at Precious Blood Parish in San Rocco-Bari, and also parish priest at Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ parish in Rome. He was also director of Primavera Missionaria in Albano Laziale and, in recent years, back in Bari as parish collaborator in the place he probably loved the most. In recent years several health problems have aggravated his health. He served as priest for 67 years.
