Rev. Donato De Palma was born November 3, 1936 in Pago Veiano (BN) to Domenico and Rosa De Girolamo. After attending school, he was incorporated into the Congregation on September 25, 1959.  He was ordained to the priesthood on July 5, 1964 in the Chapel of Collegio Preziosissimo Sangue.

He ministered in various places throughout his priesthood, including Sacred Heart parish in Santeramo (BA), as a hospital chaplain in Cento, and St. Gaspar parish in Rome.  He moved to Benevento in 1993 and resided in the community until moving to Albano in 2011.  Rev. De Palma died peacefully on November 1, 2014.  May he rest in peace.
