On October 7, on the feast of the Queen of the Holy Rosary, in the city of Prozorje, at the C.PP.S. Mission House, took place the definitive incorporation of brother Mario Karlo Petrović. The solemn mass celebration was led by the director of the Croatian Mission, Fr. Ilija Grgić, C.PP.S. The other three Croatian Missionaries concelebrated, seminarians and candidates were also present.

Brother Karlo gave his solemn pledge to the Missionaries of the Precious Blood in front of a large cowd and his wish to be a lifelong member of the Missionaries was accepted by Director of Croatian Mission. In his homily, Fr Ilija emphasized the special devotion of Brother Mario Karlo to the Mother of God stressing its significance because St. Gaspar founded the Missionaries on the feast of the Assumption of Mary into Heaven. Brother Mario Karlo was born in August, and now he celebrates his definitive incorporation on the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary.

Fr. Ilija congratuled brother Mario and challenged him to be an open chalice saying :  “You will be open like a chalice and good wine will be poured into you to the extent that your personal relationship with the Lord is intimate and close.”

On Saturday, October 8, 2022, Brother Mario Karlo Petrović and brother Ivan Raljušić, who was previously definitive incorporated on the feast of the Precious Blood of Christ on July 1, 2021, received the order of deacon from the hands of Zagreb Archbishop Josip Cardinal Bozanić.
