The Colombian Mission ad experimentum celebrated the diaconal ordination of Eduardo Fredy Campos on June 2, 2018.  The ordination took place at the parish of Nuestra Señora de los Alpes where the Missionaries of the Precious Blood minister.  

Most Rev. José Daniel Falla, the bishop of Soacha, presided at the ordination liturgy.  Bishop Falla is a close friend of the Congregation in Colombia.  He was previously the rector of the Shrine of Monserrate where the Missionaries ministered upon first coming to Colombia.  

Deacon Campos is from Peru and grew up in La Oroya where the Congregation served for decades.  Joining in the celebration were all of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood in Colombia, students, and many friends and family. 

Following the liturgy everyone joined together for a meal and reception prepared by parishioners.  May God continue to bless the Congregation in Colombia.
