On March 7, 2015 dozens of Missionaries of the Precious Blood, friends, and family gathered for the ordination of Flavio Calicchia to the priesthood.  Flavio is a member of the Italian Province.  The liturgy was celebrated in the Fossanova Abbey which dates from the 11th century.  Mons. Mariano Crociata, the bishop of Latina, Priverno, Sezze e Terracina, was the ordaining prelate.  Bishop Crociate encouraged the newly ordained Fr. Flavio to preach the Gospel tirelessly.  It was fitting to celebrate this joyous occasion during the Bicentennial Year of the founding of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood!
