On September 14th, at the Abbey of St. Felice of Giano (PG), during a Liturgy of the Word, the Provincial Director of the Italian Province of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood, Fr. Oliviero Magnone, received the definitively incorporated of four young students: Daniele Bertino, Vincenzo Giannuzzi, Giuseppe Laterza and Matteo Merla. The celebration took place in the presence of the Moderator General of the Congregation, Fr. William Nordenbrock, who presented to the four newly incorporated members the Missionary Cross, a symbol of our work and a sign of the unity of the international family. There were also many Confreres and Sisters, Adorers of the Blood of Christ, as well as relatives and friends. At the end of the celebration, we all shared a brotherly agape in the rooms of the Abbey.

Praise be to God who shows us his love towards our Institute, giving new sons for the work of St. Gaspar.

On the 15th of September, Sunday in which the Liturgy invites us to celebrate the divine joy for the recovery of the lost sons, our four new Missionaries: Daniele, Vincenzo, Giuseppe and Matteo, were ordained to the diaconate, by Mons. Matteo Zuppi, Auxiliary Bishop of Rome. The celebration took place at the Parish of the Body and Blood of Christ, in Rome. There were many CPPS members, ASC Sisters and very many lay people who came from many different areas of Italy.

Congratulations to our beloved brothers and remember that the Christian life is a service in the imitation of the Son of God, who came to serve and not to be served!
