Every year the Reconciliation Centre of our district coordinates a biblical mission with the youth of our parish. Before starting, some of them are taught about some essential aspects regarding, for example, how to conduct a mission and to manage it in its course. They are the main characters. They are youth guiding others. The mission takes place within four Saturdays and the main topic is the reconciliation, considered with a strong attention to the pursuit of peace and the way to reach it. Every topic is considered in four different ways such as looking, judging, acting and celebrating.

The message of the Holy Father introduces us to the idea that we need to have ardent hearts and resolute marching feet to carry out the mission of the Church. The youth who participate in this mission listen to the Word of God and are enlightened by it.  They recognise that Christ is present in their everyday life. Moreover, through the dialogue they discover what means establishing a relationship with Him. They are encouraged to act so that peace is not just a dream, but a new real experience among them. On Sunday during the Holy Mass they celebrate with the church community what they have received on the mission and they get stronger to stand up and set off in order to build a peaceful world.
